I, hereinafter referred to as "Customer", assume the following obligations:
Beforehand to submit the reservation request to arrange tours, stating:
dates of arrival and departure to the country of destination;
number of tourists;
category and the hotels' names;
dates of arrival and departure to the hotel;
the number and type of rooms;
necessary meal types;
types of transfers and the necessary vehicles;
necessary excursion service;
To make full payment in advance of services rendered in accordance with the conditions specified in the invoice issued by AFAMIA TOURISM LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor". "Contractor" undertakes to organize the reception of tourists, their travel services in full accordance with the preliminary application of "Customers."
"Contractor" assumes the following obligations:
to reserve required number of rooms in hotels specified class, as requested by the "CUSTOMER", and to inform him about it;
to issue the entry - exit visas in the United Arab Emirates to tourists of "CUSTOMER", if required;
to organize excursion or other transport service of tourists, as requested by the "CUSTOMER";
to participate in the solution of all disputes and other conflict when they arise between tourists and administration of hotels, transport or other organizations, with local authorities, etc.;
to confirm possibility of acquisition of services and to expose the invoice for payment no later than 72 hours after obtaining the reservation request from "CUSTOMER".
inform the "customers" of the origin of the circumstances preventing the implementation of the "Contractor" of separate requested services or entry of the Client in the United Arab Emirates within 24 hours from the moment of emergence of circumstances;
any personal information of the clients will be kept confidential at all times.
In case of non-execution, or inadequate execution of the obligations, the party as fault undertakes to compensate completely all expenses of other party within five working days, after presentation of confirming documents that these expenses took place for implementation of obligations under the present contract.
I undertake to make settlements in U.S. dollars or UAE Derhams, to the required invoices for certain services related to the implementation of my orders.
In case of force majeure (fire, frost, flood, earthquake, war, governmental actions of either party, etc.), the obligations under this agreement are postponed to time of action of these circumstances.
the party at which there came circumstances of force majeure, is obliged to inform immediately by phone, the Internet or the fax other party on the beginning and on the end of action of circumstances of force majeure;
in case these circumstances proceed more than 2 weeks, any of the parties has the right to cancel the obligations unilaterally, having notified on it other party in 2 weeks;
evidence of reliability of force majeure is a certificate issued by the relevant chambers of commerce of the "Customer" or "Contractor";
The parties will take all measures for settlement of disputes and disagreements if those arise at implementation of the obligations, amicably. In case the parties do not come to the agreement, all disputes and disagreements should be settled by the International Commercial Arbitration Court.
